This 4th edition of the Competition Law Digest provides readers with a synthesis of leading antitrust cases from 1990 to 2019, from the EU & Member States, the US, and other relevant jurisdictions. The Digest comprises of 41 essays and is structured in two parts: Part I deals with competition rules in general (procedural rules, unilateral practices, mergers...), whereas Part II is dedicated to specific sectors (digital, energy & environment, healthcare & pharma…).
